　　我公司进行的离心机维修服务严格按照离心机原厂的技术要求和规定进行，并提供最适合客户实际情况的维修建议和维修服务，帮助客户最大程度的创造效益和节省成本。并可以对维修操作人员进行维修培训和讲解。如以下：

　　一、零部件供应

　　我们在南京建立了备件仓库，国内各种机型的常用备件都有存放，方便我们为客户及时提供备件供应。

　　二、整机修复

　　我们为众多客户提供了整机维修服务，特别是在CONTURBEX、TURBO-CASCADE、SHS系列，我们具有丰富的维修经验。可以为客户提供大修和全部零部件的检查修复工作。

　　三、零部件的维修

　　我们具有德国专家和经验丰富的技术人员，为客户提供损坏零部件的修复服务有以下几项：

　　)螺旋刮刀的检查和修复，由于长时间和物料的接触，螺旋刮刀叶片会出现较大磨损，不能满足生产的需要，作为重要的部件，更换价格比较昂贵，我们提供叶片的修复服务，不同的叶片我们采取部同修复方法，如更换或者补焊!如图：

　　2)差速器的拆检和维修，作为机器的传动部件，使用一段时间后会出现一定的损坏，特别是轴承需要定期更换。我们提供全方位的修复服务，德国专家的检测和维修方案将给您的机器稳定运行提供保证。

　　转动部件的动平衡

　　我们能按照德国的标准给客户提供所有传动部件的动平衡，包括一些需要有特殊夹具的零部件。

　　四、技术服务

　　我们提供多种方式服务，如电话支持，现场服务和返厂服务。同时为保证机器良好的运行，部分机器如果我司备用的，可以在返厂期间提供给客户使用，以防耽误客户的生产进度。

　　Our company conducts centrifuge maintenance services in strict accordance with the original factory's technical requirements and provisions, and provides the maintenance advice and repair services which are most suitable for the customers' actual situation ,helps customers create benefits and save costs to the maximum.And we can arrange the maintenance training and interpretation for the maintenance personnels. Just as follows:

　　一.Supply of Spare parts

　　We have established warehouse of spare parts in Nanjing, domestic commonly-used spare parts for all kinds of machines are stored, conveniently providing spare parts for our customers in time.

　　二.Repair of the complete machine

　　We provide maintenance services of the complete machine for many customers, especially in CONTURBEX, TURBO - CASCADE, SHS series, we have rich experience in maintenance. We can provide the customers with the overhaul ,repair and inspection work of all parts .

　　三.Maintenance of spare parts

　　We have German experts and experienced technical personnel to provide clients with repair services of the damage parts.Just as follows:1)Check and repair of the helical scraper, due to the long time contact with material, spiral scraper blade can appear larger wear, which cannot meet the needs of production, as the important parts, replacement is quite expensive, we provide the blade repair services, we adopt different repair methods for different blades, such as the replacement or repair welding! Just as picture:

　　2)Overhaul and maintenance of differential mechanism, as the driving part of the machine, use after a period of time there will be some damage, especially bearing needs to be replaced regularly. We provide a full range of repair services, detection and maintenance plan of the German experts will provide guarantee for stable operation of your machine .

　　Dynamic balance of rotating parts

　　We can provide dynamic balancing for all transmission parts in accordance with the German standards , including some parts which need to have a special fixture.

　　四.Technical services

　　We provide services in a variety of ways, such as telephone support, field service and returned to the factory service. In order to ensure good run of machines at the same time, if we have some standby machines, they can be used by the customer during the returned to the factory , in case customer's production schedule will be delayed.
